PRACTICES FOR THE WEEK OF 3/16-3/20

Monday: 7:30-9:00pm, passing drills/ball handling and defending against a kick

Tuesday: 7-8:30pm, conditioning with the football team followed by ab workout

Thursday: 6:30-8pm, plyometrics circuit and rucking in the Skogland Field House (meet by the white board and we'll walk over)!
